Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Santa Maria Campus earned national recognition after securing top honors for the first time in the PABEStigan XII – National QuizCon held on January 23-25, 2026, at the University of the Philippines (UP) Los Baños.

Mr. Richard Dela Cruz, Director, Tobacco and Agricultural Research Center of the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) was recognized during the 15th National Convention on Environment, Climate Change, and Disaster Risk Reduction, themed "Generation RE: Restore. Rebuild. Reform. Re-green the Future," held from January 23-25 in Baguio City.

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) and Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology (ASIST) formally launched the Seminar for Practical and Reflective Knowledge in Technology and Livelihood Education (SPARK-TLE) project through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held earlier today at the ASIST- Lagangilang Campus.
