"We are very much elated in hosting this athletic event.

We remember how we have prepared six years ago when our means were much limited yet we were able to accommodate everyone with so much warmth.

This year, I must say we have increased all our efforts to welcome each one of you in our home. We learned a lot from our previous hosting and these reflections guided us to plan ahead and make sure that we provide you better services. As you can observe there are major facelifts in our physical facilities and edifices, thus, we could offer you a better second home away from your own.

I hope everyone feels safe and secure for the next days that we will be together. Let us not forget foremost that as we advocate sports and development among us, we also promote the acquisition of life-long skills of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

We don’t promise a perfect hosting but we promise letting you feel our whole-hearted hospitality— our signature ISPSCnian way.

Definitely, as early as now we can’t wait for 2025!
