Application for scholarship to Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute Scholarship is now open
The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College announces the application for scholarship to Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute Scholarship Program to all interested Senior High School (Grade 12) Students.
A. Coverage and Reciepients of the Scholarship Grant:
The scholarship program shall cover courses in:- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture
- Bachelor of Science in Fisheries
- Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering
- Bachelor of Science in Forestry
B. Documentary Requirements:
- Accomplished Application Form with 2x2 picture
- Certification from Municipal Agricultural Officer (MAO) that the applicant is a bonafide son/daughter of small scale farmer/fisherfolk
- Latest BIR/ITR of Tax Exemption Certificate
- Authenticated copy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of School Diploma
- Photocopy of High School Form 137
- Certification of Good Moral character issued by the High School Principal or Barangay Captain
- Certification of Good Health from a government physicial with x-ray result taken within the last two months
- Proof of admission from the preferred State University/College
C. Scholarship Support and Privileges
PARTICULARS ALLOWABLE AMOUNT 1. School Fees/Registration Fees Actual as assessed by the school, but not more than Php 30,000 per school year 2. Book Allowance Php 1,00 per semester 3. Monthly Allowance Php 5,000 per month 4. Lodging Allowance Php 1,000 per month 5. Research Allowance Php 10,000 to be given in full during the conduct of the approved research/thesis title 6.
