  • ISPSC, SeeMeSOL renew partnership, revitalize efforts on graduate employability

    Building on its initial engagement with SeeMeSOL, Inc. in 2025, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC), led by President Mario P. Obrero, renewed its partnership and subscription with the company during a signing ceremony held at the Radisson Blu Cebu on October 1–2, 2026.

    The renewal forms part of ISPSC’s engagement in the Higher Education Partnerships Conference (HEPCON) 2026 and underscores the College’s continuing efforts to enhance graduate employability and career management services. The partnership traces back to 2025, when ISPSC engaged SeeMESol Inc., for the establishment of its ISPSC Career Portal, a centralized platform intended to facilitate job matching, alumni monitoring, employer engagement, and student career services.

    The agreement was signed by President Obrero and Ms. Rosinie Tenajeros, representing Mr. David Padgett, Founder and Chair of the Board of SeeMeSOL, Inc. The signing was witnessed by Dr. Ranec Azarias, ISPSC Director for Internationalization; Dr. Reymart G. Ballocanag, ISPSC Chief for International Linkages and World Ranking; and Dr. Joseph Salvel R. Campiseño, Vice President for External Affairs, Linkages, and Resource Generation of Jose Rizal Memorial State University.

    Through the renewed partnership, ISPSC continues to explore opportunities for collaboration with external partners that support career development, graduate employability, institutional development, and internationalization. 

    This reflects its steadfast support to providing quality education, increasing decent work and economic growth,  and maximizing partnerships through sustained collaboration with external partners.
