  • Panther emerges as placer in national monologue stint

    Arriane Kim F. Alamay, a BSBA Financial Management student from Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College – Tagudin Campus, placed 5th in the Dramatic Monologue (Filipino Category) during the 12th PASUC National Culture and Arts Festival held at West Visayas State University in Iloilo City from April 7-11, 2026.

    Alamay achieved this remarkable standing as the representative of the Ilocos Region after competing against 16 participants from other regions. She was coached by Dr. Claire Antonette V. Santisteban and trained by Ms. Marjorie A. Pendaden, both faculty members of the Laboratory High School.

    The ISPSC community, led by President Dr. Mario P. Obrero, celebrates this achievement, which highlights the institution’s excellence and passion for promoting culture and the arts. (PAJ)
