Recognition Rites
A total of 1,378 graduates from the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Main Campus converge at the Candon Civic Center today, May 29, to celebrate their academic journey.
The event was graced by ISPSC President Dr. Mario P. Obrero; Dr. Dominador A. Ayson Jr., VP for Administration and Finance; Dr. Anna Marie D. Barroga, VP for Academic Affairs; Ms. Grace Llanes Ramos, City Cooperative Development Officer of Candon, who served as the guest speaker; Dr. Christian D. Gandeza, Special Assistant to the President and Director of the Extension Office; Dr. Cynthia M. Cariño, Executive Assistant to the President; and Dr. Luz C. Inigo, College and Board Secretary.
Also present were Dr. Jaime G. Raras, Campus Director of ISPSC Main Campus and Dean of the College of Teacher Education; Dr. Sheryl S. Morata, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences; Dr. John Paul Alasaas, Dean of the School of Criminal Justice Education; Dr. Nora Soliven, Dean of the College of Business Management and Entrepreneurship; and Main Campus faculty and staff.
