The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College celebrates its 12th Charter Day Celebration on February 18-19, 2010, to mark its birth as a state college, the youngest in Region 1.The College invites all stakeholders to witness the festivities.

February 18, 2010 - ISPSC-CA Auditorium (Santa Maria Campus)

  8:00-9:30 AM   Thanksgiving Mass and Blessing of the Internet Building extension

  9:30 AM - 12:00 PM - Opening Program

      Featuring:

          - 1950's-1960's Beauty Queens with the Serenading Accoustics

          - Songs and Dances of the 60's

          - Songs and Dances of the 50's

          - Dance

   1:00-5:00 PM   - Showtime

       Featuring:

           - Production numbers, Mini Zarzuela, Songs, Dance Sports, Ika'y Henyo, Modelling

February 19, 2010 - Systemwide Celebration at the ISPSC Oval

   7:30-9:00 AM - Parade around the town

   9:30 AM-12:00 PM - Opening Program

       Features:
