Greetings from the ISPSC family.
The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College was created by virtue of RA 8547 authored by Congressman Eric D. Singson (2nd District, Ilocos Sur). It was signed into law by President Fidel V. Ramos on February 24, 1998. ISPSC is a comprehensive multi-campus institution of higher learning with its main campus situated in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur.

The second year of Dr. Rafael B. Querubin as President of ISPSC was ushered in with much hope and expectation for a better and progressive ISPSC.
The ISPSC System celebrated the 2nd Installation Anniversary of Dr. Querubin on January 20, 2010, where the President delivered his second State of the College address.

Good news to ISPSC employees. The much awaited approval by the Board of Trustees of the Collective Negotiations Agreements of the ISPSC Faculty Union and the ISPSC Non Teaching Union has been completed. Through the tireless efforts of Dr. Wilma M. Ponce, President of the Federated Faculty Union, and Mrs. Erlinda A. Valido, President of the Federated Non-Teaching Union, the CNA has come to fruition.
